Our Mission
Pi Kappa Phi fraternity’s mission is to create a lifelong brotherhood that develops leaders and encourages service to others to improve communities.
Our fraternity’s values include: Common loyalty, Personal responsibility, Achievement, Accountability, Campus involvement, Responsible citizenship, and Lifelong commitment.
The Ability Experience
Giving back to the community is at the heart of Pi Kappa Phi fraternity. Our national philanthropic organization, The Ability Experience, uses shared experiences to support people with disabilities and develop the men of Pi Kappa Phi into servant leaders. We support the Ability Experience through regular fundraising events, and by volunteering at ability camps. Click here to learn more about ability camps.
Brotherhood
We believe in strong, supportive bonds that last a lifetime. Our brotherhood is built on mutual respect, trust, and loyalty. We organize regular brotherhood events designed to strengthen the bonds between members, and foster a sense of community. These events can vary widely in nature but generally focus on promoting camaraderie, teamwork, and mutual support among members, while also being fun.
Academic Excellence
We prioritize academic success and provide resources and support to help our members achieve their educational goals. Here are some key components of our strategy to promote academic excellence at Pi Kapps. We have a minimum GPA requirement of 2.75 in order to become a brother of Pi Kappa Phi. We have a tutoring and mentorship program that pairs younger brothers off with more experienced brothers to help ensure each new member is reaching their full potential. We strongly encourage, and sometimes require our brothers to form study groups, or attend on-campus tutoring for any classes they may be struggling with. Both our chapter, and the national organization give scholarships and awards to brothers who go above and beyond in their academic pursuits.
